Quote and Contract Process

Quotes provided through our website or by our representatives are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes.
Written Contracts
All pool construction and major remodeling projects require a written contract. The contract will specify the scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and other important terms. No work will begin until a contract is signed by both parties.
Changes to Projects
Any changes to the scope of work after contract signing must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your individual contract. General payment guidelines include:

Warranties and Guarantees

Customer Responsibilities

- Make timely payments according to the contract schedule
- Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues during construction
- Follow proper maintenance procedures as specified in documentation
- Comply with all applicable pool safety laws and regulations
Limitation of Liability
Pool Pros will not be liable for:
- Delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, material shortages, permit delays, etc.)
- Damage to underground utilities not properly marked by utility companies
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discoverable during initial inspection
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance or misuse after project completion
- Injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services.
Safety and Compliance
Pool Pros is committed to safety and compliance with all applicable regulations, including:
- Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act compliance for all installations
- Local building codes and permit requirements
- OSHA workplace safety standards
- EPA environmental regulations
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate safety measures, including fencing, covers, alarms, and supervision as required by local laws.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Pool Pros website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pool Pros or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Custom pool designs created by Pool Pros remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these designs with other contractors without our written permission.
Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any disputes amicably. If a dispute arises:
