Quote and Contract Process

Customer Responsibilities

• Make timely payments according to the contract schedule
• Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues during construction

Limitation of Liability

Pool Pros will not be liable for:

• Delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, material shortages, permit delays, etc.)
• Damage to underground utilities not properly marked by utility companies
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discoverable during initial inspection
• Damage resulting from improper maintenance or misuse after project completion
• Injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services.

Safety and Compliance

Pool Pros is committed to safety and compliance with all applicable regulations, including:

• Local building codes and permit requirements
• OSHA workplace safety standards

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate safety measures, including fencing, covers, alarms, and supervision as required by local laws.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Pool Pros website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pool Pros or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Custom pool designs created by Pool Pros remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these designs with other contractors without our written permission.
